Medica becomes part of the Graphene Flagship (EU consortium) to coordinate the Graphil project to develop a water filter suitable for emerging contaminants and reduce the use of plastic bottles

  • Medica is listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market.

  • Acquisition of 51% of Spindial, a company specialising in the marketing and technical support of medical devices for hospital and home dialysis and the management of dialysis centres.

  • opening of the Medica USA Inc, Medica Advanced Technology Ltd (UK) and Medica GmbH (DE) subsidiaries

Product Development

Acquisition of important patents from Exosomics, a company specialising in Oncological diagnostics

Group Development

Purchase contract of assets to manufacture blood and water filter products with Evoqua Water Technologies (NYSE: AQUA), an industry leader in mission critical water treatment solutions. Evoqua will retain distribution rights to the water filter product line.
